The Erasmus+ KA2 SIA-ProD programme “SIA-ProD: An Innovative Self-Improvement Approach for the Professional Development of Early Educators” aspires to develop an alternative approach for the professional development of early educators. The project aims to provide to practitioners the methodology and the instruments for self-evaluation and self-improvement with a ‘low cost’ and easy to apply way. To achieve this goal, the project will implement to the educational field an innovative technique named Discrete Choice Modeling (DCM). The project’s consortium includes 7 partners from 4 countries (Greece, Cyprus, Germany, Italy) (EU code: 2016-1-EL-KA201-023420).
